3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Ensure stable internet access during sessions
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by the user’s technical issues.
4. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
A. Payment Terms
- Sessions must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.

B. Cancellation Policy

No refund will be issued for termination due to misconduct.
6. SESSION RECORDINGS
Sessions are not recorded by default.

Users may not record sessions without explicit written consent from the Company.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided during sessions including:

- Worksheets
